We are Latam Doers, a binational BPO firm connecting businesses with talented, bilingual assistants and professionals from Latin America. We are currently seeking a Architectural Designer with the following skills and experience:

Preferred Qualifications:

* Licensed Architect or Architectural Designer with proven experience in custom residential projects.
* Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit.
* Experience producing Construction Documents and Permit Sets in the U.S. (ideally Houston).
* Previous experience leading projects or serving as Project Architect / Project Lead.
* Ability to coordinate multiple disciplines and work with remote teams.
* Organized, proactive, and deadline-oriented approach.
* Excellent technical communication and priority management skills.
