Job Description

We are a growing studio working with real estate developers across Colombia and internationally. Our work combines strategic design, data-driven optimization, and high-end visualization to help developers see, validate, and sell projects before breaking ground.
As we grow, we are looking for an experienced architectural visualizer who can own the visual output end-to-end, without hand-holding.
What you will do
Produce high-end exterior and interior renders and animations for residential and commercial development projects. You will work closely with our Creative Director.
What we are looking for

Minimum 3 years producing architectural visualization at a professional level
A strong artistic eye and a genuine obsession with light, material, and spatial quality
Proficiency in V-Ray and/or very strong D5 Render skills
Interoperability experience working with files in Revit, Rhino, and AutoCAD
Solid understanding of constructive plans, models, and design aesthetics — a background in architecture is not required but you must be able to read and interpret technical documentation
Experience working with real estate developments and precise material specifications
Proven experience working with large scale scenes
Fluent English, written and spoken
Reliable, deadline-driven, and accountable
Hungry to learn and grow, not just execute

Nice to have

Experience in Unreal Engine, animation, or video editing
Background in photography, cinema, or visual arts
Experience with AI-assisted visualization pipelines
