At Business Consultants we are looking for an Architect / Commercial Developer to develop the areas of CABA and AMBA for a construction company located in Santa Fe. \n\nMain responsibilities:\nMake in-person visits to architecture studios, construction companies, developers and distributors within the assigned area (mainly CABA and AMBA).\nIdentify construction projects in early stages and detect business opportunities linked to ceiling systems and materials insulators.\nPresent the constructive solutions and the company's value proposition to technical interlocutors.\nGenerate the first contact and develop professional relationships with potential clients in the sector.\nRecover market information, including technical needs, prices, competition and trends.\nPrepare periodic commercial reports on opportunities detected, contacts generated and management progress.\nCoordinate the transfer of information and opportunities to the internal sales team for monitoring and eventual closing of sales.\nOrganize your sales agenda. visits and manage remote communications with clients (calls, email, video calls).\nPropose improvements in the commercial coverage strategy, client segmentation and market opportunities.\n\nWhat are we looking for?\nGraduated architect (exclusive).\nExperience or knowledge of the construction sector, preferably in contact with architectural studios or construction projects.\nExperience in visits to technical clients or developing business relationships (desirable).\nTool management basic digital tools for reports and communication (email, Office or Google Workspace).\nExperience in market survey or generation of commercial opportunities will be valued.\n\nRequirements for the position: \nPart-time work, with flexible hours.\nWork area: AMBA and CABA.\nAvailability to make sporadic trips to Santa Fe for meetings and management reports.\nHaving own mobility is valued.\n\n\nContracting conditions are offered consistent with the position and the possibility of developing into a leading company in its field and in constant growth.",
