Purpose of the position

Develop, coordinate and model MEP projects using BIM methodology for projects located in the state of Florida, guaranteeing high technical standards, interdisciplinary coordination and compliance with applicable building codes.

Responsibilities
Model mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) systems in Revit.
Coordinate BIM models with architecture, structure and other disciplines.
Detect and resolve interferences between specialties.
Prepare construction plans and technical documentation.
Participate in technical coordination meetings.
Guarantee compliance with BIM standards and internal processes.
Support the development of projects from the conceptual stage to the issuance of construction plans.
Work under standards and regulations applicable to the state of Florida.
Requirements
Essentials
Graduated architect.
Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM MEP modeling.
Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP.
Verifiable experience coordinating MEP projects.
Management of families, templates and parameters in Revit.
Excellent interpretation of architectural, structural and MEP plans.
Course or certification in Navisworks Manage (BIM coordination) or BIM coordination methodology. (If in your company \"Nazca\" corresponds to a specific software or methodology, replace this requirement with the official name.)
Intermediate or advanced level of technical English.

Experience in projects developed under Florida codes.
Management of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or BIM 360.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and Bluebeam.
Dynamo management.
Knowledge of ASHRAE, NEC, FBC and NFPA standards.
Experience in Clash Detection processes and BIM coordination.
