Job Description
We are looking for a Cloud Architect to design, implement and evolve cloud architectures on AWS and/or Microsoft Azure. The selected person will work in complex environments, helping to define standards, drive cloud modernization and ensure scalable, secure and efficient solutions.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement cloud architectures and operating models in AWS and/or Azure.
Define standards, good practices and cloud architecture frameworks.
Design security, governance and management processes on cloud platforms.
Guarantee the scalability, security, reliability and performance of the solutions.
Translate technical and business requirements into sustainable architectures.
Collaborate with engineering, DevOps and infrastructure teams to enable automation and cloud-native solutions.
Support technical decision making and communicate architectural concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Promote cloud modernization and digital transformation initiatives for clients.
Optimize costs, resource usage and operational efficiency in the cloud.
Requirements:
Training in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or similar.
Several years of experience in cloud architecture, cloud engineering or infrastructure.
Solid experience with AWS and/or Azure.
Experience with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation or similar).
Knowledge of cloud architectures, DevOps, CI/CD and automation.
Knowledge of cloud security, IAM, networks and governance.
Analytical capacity and solution orientation.
Communication and dealing skills with clients/stakeholders.
Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure) valuable.
Experience in multi-cloud or hybrid environments (plus).
Fluent level of German and English.
