Job Description

At Possumus, we are looking for a Data Architect to join our Adoption team, where we drive the adoption of new Automatic Learning and Artificial Intelligence technologies, as well as solutions from the Microsoft ecosystem. We are looking for someone with a strategic vision and passion for designing scalable, secure and business-oriented data architectures.

Your mission

Design and lead data architectures that drive the adoption of advanced cloud technologies (Azure, Fabric, Power BI, etc.), working in close collaboration with the technical leader and the data engineering team.

What will you do?

Define and build scalable and secure data architectures in Azure and Microsoft Fabric.
Design structures such as Data Lake, Lakehouse and Data Warehouse, applying UCAD principles, Data Mesh and Medallion scheme.
Design reusable semantic models for consumption in Power BI.
Create and supervise ETL/ELT pipelines (Data Factory, Databricks, Dataflows Gen2).
Implement CI/CD practices with Azure Pipelines or Fabric.
Guarantee governance, security and data quality.
Collaborate with data analysts and data scientists in the design of predictive models.
Train and support teams in the adoption of Microsoft tools.

Minimum requirements
What we value from usted

• Solid experience in designing and architecting data solutions in Azure and/or Microsoft Fabric.

• Advanced knowledge of T-SQL and Python.

• Experience with Data Lakes, Lakehouse, Data Warehouses and semantic models.

• Knowledge of ETL/ELT, pipeline orchestration and data modeling.

• Experience in governance, security and data management.

• Deseable: Experience with MLOps and AI applied to data.

• Desirable: Certifications DP-203, DP-100, DP-600, PL-600 or equivalent.

• Desirable: Knowledge of Power BI and Power Platform.

It would be a plus if you have an intermediate level of English.

Education:

• Higher Technician Graduate (preferable)",
