Alluxi is looking for a Senior Solutions Architect with technical vision and execution capacity to lead several projects simultaneously, mainly aimed at enterprise clients in the USA and Mexico. The role combines the design of solid architectures with hands-on development when the situation requires it. The candidate will work closely with the CEO on complex technical proposals and will be the technical escalator for tech leads distributed between Mexico and Argentina. You will work in sectors such as healthcare, fintech and education, with a focus on delivering scalable and secure solutions, supporting the definition of costs, scope and deadlines, and promoting good code and architecture practices in multiple projects.

Main functions
Technically lead several simultaneous projects, with continuous architecture review.
Design solution architectures for enterprise clients in sectors such as healthcare, human resources and education.
Implement complex backends in Python/Django and develop critical integrations (APIs, webhooks, external services).
Perform code reviews on critical components, identify technical debt and mitigate it.
Design architectures for commercial proposals, estimate efforts and technical scope.
Act as technical escalation for tech leads and unblock bottlenecks.
Develop POCs and validate technical solutions before full implementation.
Present technical solutions to potential clients and document proposed architectures.
Establish and promote code and architecture best practices across projects.

Profile and experience required
Minimum requirements: 5+ years of backend development experience with Python/Django at a senior level; at least 2 years technically leading projects or development teams; Demonstrable experience designing architectures for enterprise applications and complex systems; AWS domain (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda) and cloud architecture design; experience with PostgreSQL and relational database design; RESTful APIs, integrations with external services and webhooks; ability to manage multiple projects without losing quality; skills in communicating technical decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders; conversational English for communication with clients in the USA; Native or fluent Spanish for working with a LATAM team; autonomy, technical ownership and ability to work without micromanagement.

Desirable requirements
Experience with Azure (App Services, Azure AD) and DevOps tools. Knowledge of React to understand full-stack architectures. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes. Implementation of CI/CD and DevOps practices. Participation in technical proposals for enterprise clients. Experience in healthcare (HIPAA) and fintech with regulatory compliance requirements. Ability to work in a distributed environment and proactively collaborate with teams in LATAM and the USA.
