Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Software Architect and Technical Leader to lead the design and evolution of our online banking services, built on an architecture of microservices in containers deployed in highly available on-premise infrastructure. You will work at the intersection of architecture, development and security, defining the architectural objective, technically guiding the team and ensuring scalable, safe and high-performance platforms. TOGAF, ISAQB, SEI Architecture Certificates.\nResponsibilities:\n Design and evolve microservices with Java (11 and 21) and high-performance, scalable and resilient Spring Boot.\n Define the objective architecture of online banking services, with a focus on low latency and high throughput.\n Design REST APIs and distributed systems, as its integration with the banking core and internal/external services.\n Pack and deploy services in Docker containers on on-premise infrastructure (Oracle Linux), with container orchestration and monitoring (Portainer).\n Implement modern security controls: TLS 1.3, payload encryption and storage, key management, token authentication (JWT / JWE) and bank device fingerprinting for fraud prevention.\n Establish code standards, good practices and CI/CD pipelines (Git/Bitbucket, Maven, Jenkins, Docker) that ensure continuous and reliable deliveries.\n Support and optimize on-premise software infrastructure (containers, virtualization, storage and networks) to guarantee availability and operational continuity between main and contingency datacenters.\n Technically guide the development team through mentoring, code revisions and design decisions.\n Diagnose and resolve complex incidents in distributed and production environments.\nRequirements:\n Title in Systems/Software Engineering or similar.\n 8+ years developing in Java, with proven experience in microservices and distributed systems.\n Mastery of Java (11 and 21), Spring Boot and Spring Cloud Gateway.\n Solid experience with Docker containers and deployment on on-premise infrastructure (Linux).\n Experience in microservices architecture, design of REST APIs and high throughput systems Low latency.\n Knowledge of modern security: TLS 1.3, symmetric/asymmetric encryption, JWT/JWE, keystor management and fingerprinting/anti-fraud schemes.\n Experience with CI/CD (Git/Bitbucket, Maven, Jenkins, Docker) and DevOps practices.\n Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL) and data modeling.\n\nWorking conditions:\n100% remote work.\nContract for provision of services.\nHours: 8am to 5pm",
