MGB Residential Builder Consultant is an architecture and consulting firm based in Scottsdale, Arizona, specializing in residential and light commercial projects, architectural plan development, visual support and permit coordination in the state of Arizona. We mainly serve the Hispanic sector, with clear, technical and well-structured processes.

Responsibilities

Support in the development of architectural plans.
Preparation and editing of plans in AutoCAD.
3D modeling in SketchUp.
Generation of basic/conceptual renders for visual support of projects.
Graphic editing and presentations in Photoshop.
Basic administrative support (Office package).
Application of corrections/redlines and file organization.
Occasional logistical support in road transfers Arizona - Sonora.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (new graduate or last semesters).
No previous experience is required.
driving license
own equipment

Management of:

AutoCAD (essential)
sketch up
Basic rendering tools (V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion or similar)
photoshop
Office Parcel
Own work equipment (computer + software) and stable internet.
availability to drive. (desirable)
Valid US visa. (desirable)
English desirable.
