At BC Tecnología we manage portfolios, develop projects and offer outsourcing and professional selection services for clients in sectors such as financial services, insurance, retail and government. You will participate in strategic digital transformation initiatives for LATAM Airlines, a leading organization in the aeronautical industry, in an environment that combines remote work with occasional presence in the workshop. You will be part of the Architectural Management, collaborating in the definition of corporate architecture and its evolution in the face of technological and business changes, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and governance standards.

Design and maintain the business architecture aligned with the business strategy and the technological evolution of the organization.
Evaluate impacts of changes on platforms considering customer experience, regulatory compliance and financial results.
Define and govern corporate architectural principles and standards; modeling organizational capabilities and business domains.
Facilitate collaboration between technology and business areas in strategic initiatives, promoting architecture as a business enabler.
Manage technical data, make trade-offs between solutions and facilitate technological investment decisions.
Drive architectural work milestones, such as TOGAF or other frameworks, to ensure consistency and reuse of components.
Participate in the definition of cloud native, microservices, API-first and event-driven strategies, ensuring scalability and security.

Professional in Civil Industrial Engineering, IT or related careers. Minimum 5 years of experience in technology, with at least 2 years in enterprise architecture, solutions or business. Solid experience in architectural frameworks (TOGAF, CSVLOD or similar) and in cloud native, microservices, API-first and Event Driven architectures.
Capacity to design scalable systems, evaluate technological trade-offs and manage technical data. Ability to translate business requirements into architectural models and communicate complex ideas clearly to different audiences. Mandatory advanced English (reading, writing and conversation).
We are looking for someone who is proactive, results-oriented, with excellent communication skills, collaboration between teams and the ability to influence strategic decisions without formal authority.

Experience in migrations or digital transformations in regulated sectors; knowledge of data governance and security frameworks; certifications in cloud software architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) and practical experience with modeling tools and architecture repositories.
Ability to work in dynamic environments, manage multiple priorities and lead architectural initiatives with high-level stakeholders. Previous experience in LATAM Airlines or in airlines/autoservices will be valued, as well as negotiation skills and management of organizational changes.
