Junior Architect / Draftsman — BuilderK Design Support
Backbone of the BuilderK production team in drawing and modeling. Produces and refines floor plans, elevations, sections and 3D models in AutoCAD/Revit/SketchUp, coordinating with US Building Codes (IRC/IBC), and maintains the design library on all active projects. Supports the PMO with constructibility reviews, metric calculations (takeoffs), RFIs and draft submittals, in addition to preparing documentation packages used by both factories and on-site teams. Ideal for advanced architecture students or recent graduates with solid foundations in technical drawing, minimum B2 level English, and curiosity about AI-assisted design tools.
