**Architect / Revit Specialist – PMO | BuilderK & BuildShare AI **

We are looking for a licensed or degreed architect who is, above all, an **exceptional communicator in fluent English** (bilingual Spanish/English is a must). The right candidate combines **strong Revit / BIM proficiency** with proven experience **beyond design** — handling the **operational side of construction projects** inside a PMO.

This person is comfortable producing plans in Revit *and* running the phones, emails, and follow-ups that actually move a project forward: coordinating with **vendors, subcontractors, and clients**, managing **permits, RFIs, submittals, and schedules**, and keeping **project workflows and documentation** on track day-to-day.

**Role highlights**
- Remote, PMO-embedded position supporting BuilderK's U.S. residential and commercial pipeline
- Direct interaction with clients, vendors, and internal teams — English fluency non-negotiable

**Compensation**
- **Base: $1,500 USD / month**, with upside for candidates who already bring the full skill set
- Learning curve negotiable — performance and operational delivery drive total earnings
