The selected person will be responsible for transforming concepts into innovative architectural proposals, collaborating with teams during all design phases to guarantee functional, aesthetic and technically viable solutions.
Responsibilities:
Develop architectural proposals for high-end hotel and residential projects.
Carry out feasibility studies, plot analysis, surface calculations and volumetric proposals in the initial phases of the projects.
Interpret client requirements and collaborate with different teams to develop architectural solutions aligned with project objectives.
Research design trends, create mood boards and prepare conceptual presentations.
Create sketches, architectural concepts and volumetric studies that serve as a basis for the development of the project.
Develop architectural models and documentation, optimizing space distribution, ergonomics and functionality without compromising aesthetic quality.
Convert conceptual studies into Revit models and provide the necessary information for architectural visualization teams.
Evolve designs from conceptual phase to schematic design and detailed development.
Coordinate the design with the structures, electromechanical installations and architecture teams to guarantee the correct integration of all disciplines.
Collaborate with the furniture and equipment purchasing (FF&E) team in researching materials, measurements and technical specifications.
Investigate new technologies, materials and trends in the hotel sector to incorporate innovative solutions to projects.
Supervise and guide junior profiles, reviewing the work of BIM modelers and contributing to the development of the team.
Requirements:
Bachelor or Master in Architecture.
Between 7 and 10 years of experience in architectural design.
Experience in low-rise residential and hospitality projects, such as villas, single-family homes, hotels and resorts.
Mastery of Revit, AutoCAD and SketchUp.
Knowledge of tools such as Rhino, Lumion or Enscape will be an advantage.
Communication, presentation and teamwork skills.
Advanced level of English, both spoken and written.
Ability to develop projects autonomously and collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
Professional portfolio that demonstrates experience in architecture and design projects.
