In this role, you will form part of the technical and operational coordination of key initiatives of technological governance, providing bringability and order to ensure the fulfillment of commitments and the alignment between technical and business areas.
You will work directly with committees, work tables and technical spaces, facilitating the documentation of agreements and the follow-up of strategic initiatives. You will be a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, collaborating to deliver sustainable and high-impact results in regional projects within the financial sector and other industries.

Coordinate committees, work tables, refinement sessions and technical spaces.
Prepare minutes, minutes, notes and follow-up reports.
Manage commitments and ensure the transparency of agreements.
Support technological governance processes and follow-up on strategic initiatives.
Manage relevant technical information and facilitate communication between technical teams and business areas.
Role description
We are looking for a professional with 3 to 5 years of experience coordinating technical and operational spaces, with the ability to document formally (minutes, minutes, reports) and follow up on commitments. It must interact effectively with technical and non-technical teams, maintaining order and clarity in the governance of technological projects. Experience in structured document management, productivity tools (Microsoft 365, Teams, Planner) and basic knowledge of business architecture will be valued.
Skills: methodical organization, clear and effective communication, proactivity and results orientation. Ability to work in dynamic and multi-stakeholder environments, with a focus on delivering value and meeting deadlines.
Desirable requirements
Basic knowledge of business and technical architecture. Previous experience in governance environments and monitoring initiatives. Ability to articulate solutions between technical and business areas and to manage formal project documentation.
