Job Description
We are looking for a 3D Artist specialized in urban environments to collaborate in the development of an interactive real estate configurator.
The project consists of the generation of a high quality 3D model of a residential building. We currently have a renderer who is developing the modeling and visualization of the main building in 3ds Max.
The person who joins will be mainly responsible for creating and optimizing the urban environment that surrounds the building, with the aim of generating a realistic visual context for renders and visualization of the project.
Responsibilities
Modeling of the urban environment around the building (streets, sidewalks, plots, nearby buildings, vegetation, street furniture).
Creation of a credible environment based on real references (Google Maps, orthophotos, OpenStreetMap, etc.).
Optimization of the scene so that it can be correctly integrated with the main model of the building.
Clean organization of the scene (geometry, materials, proxies, assets).
Preparation of the environment to integrate it into the main render scene.
Requirements
Experience in architectural visualization (ArchViz).
Mastering 3ds Max.
Knowledge of rendering engines such as V-Ray or Corona Renderer.
Experience in modeling urban environments.
Management of vegetation and urban planning assets (trees, cars, furniture, etc.).
Ability to work from references when there are no detailed plans of the environment.

Use of plugins or urban generation tools.
Experience working on collaborative projects with shared scenes (XRefs or similar pipelines).
Knowledge of scene optimization for interactive or configurator projects.
