At Sellectia we are looking for a Semi Senior 3D Artist – Architectural Visualization (Real Estate).

We are looking for professionals in LATAM with experience in architectural visualization for real estate projects and real estate development for clients in Spain, under 100% remote mode.

We are looking for a quality-oriented profile, organized and autonomous, capable of taking visualization deliverables from beginning to end using 3ds Max + V-Ray + Adobe Photoshop.

Main responsibilities
•\ Develop architectural visualization intended for real estate and property promotion.
•\ Model/adjust scenes and prepare renders in 3ds Max + V-Ray according to brief and references.
•\ Perform postproduction in Adobe Photoshop to ensure final quality and visual consistency.
•\ Maintain clear and orderly communication with the team during the production process.
•\ Comply with the established coordination schedule (Spain or adaptable).

Profile requirements
•\ Mastery of 3ds Max + V-Ray + Adobe Photoshop.
•\ Previous experience in the architectural visualization sector, especially in projects aimed at real estate marketing.
•\ Required language: Español.
•\ Have your own computer and internet connection.
•\ Availability to work remotely with coordination on Spanish schedule.
