At the Graduate School we are looking for an Academic Advisor committed to the student experience and educational excellence.\nMission:\nAccompany students and teachers in academic, technological and administrative management, ensuring a quality training experience and the correct execution of the programs.\nMain Functions:\nProvide academic accompaniment and support to teachers and students\nManage the implementation of virtual classrooms (resources, video classes, activities)\nRegister and update academic information in the systems\nMonitor students (risk alerts, retention)\nMeasure student and teacher satisfaction\nManage academic and administrative closure processes\nCoordinate with internal areas (academic records, support, quality, collections, etc.)\nRequirements:\nBachelor's degree in Education, Administration or related careers\nMinimum experience of 1 year in management or support academic\nUse of Office at an intermediate level\nKnowledge of academic platforms (e.g. Banner) desirable\nKnowledge of academic processes\nMandatory availability during the following hours:\n Monday to Friday from 12:00 pm to 10:00 pm,\n Saturday 10:00 am to 1:00 pm and every four weeks Saturdays from 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm\nSe offers:\nEntry to Payroll\nPayment of Benefits",
