Our leading company in the provision of services with more than 100 employees is looking for new talents with the availability to work as:\nATC CROSSELING TELEOPERATOR - ENTEL (WORK FROM HOME NATIONALLY)\nWORK SCHEDULE (FULL TIME ONLY): 48 hours per week\nMONDAY TO SUNDAY \nROTATIVE BREAK\nAM RANGE: FROM 6 AM TO 6 PM (8 WORKING HRS + BREAK)\nPM RANGE: FROM 1 PM TO 00 AM (8 WORKING HRS + BREAK)\n\nPAID REMOTE TRAINING:\nDuration: 12 days theory + OJT (Contract from the 3rd day of OJT)\nHours: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (theory)\nPayment: S/12 per day attended\n\nSALARY:\n- COMPLETE PAYROLL S/1130 with all the benefits of law + UNLIMITED COMMISSIONS + VARIABLE up to S/.250\n- MONTHLY AND punctual payments\n- Online training\n- Career line\n- Corporate, educational and health agreements\n\nREQUIREMENTS:\n- Complete secondary school\n- Availability to work 100% remotely\n- Have a laptop or computer for remote management: (Intel Core i3 processor onwards (from 6th generation), Ryzen 3 onwards or AMD8 onwards, 8 GB RAM, Windows 10 or 11, solid disk, free space on Disk C at least 75 GB and wired internet of 50 or more mbps). Headsets and webcam. \n- Basic computer skills\n- Proactive attitude and desire to learn\n- With experience in Atc or Crosseling in CALL CENTER or IN-PERSON (Preferably)\n\nFUNCTIONS:\n-Provide advice and solutions regarding queries, problems or complaints from current or potential Entel users (Pre and Post payment).
