Your main mission will be to contact companies by telephone to present our services and generate business opportunities.

Your functions will be:

Make outbound calls to companies (cold prospecting)
Identify the person responsible for Human Resources or training
Strategically present our business services
Generate interest and schedule business meetings
Follow up with prospects

We are looking for experience in:

Outbound call center
Telephone sales
Telemarketing
Manejo de objeciones
Compliance with commercial goals

We offer you:

100% remote work from any city in Colombia
Part time: Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm Saturday from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm
Fixed salary + commissions + performance bonuses
Possibility of higher income depending on performance (approximately $2,200,000)
