Job Description
We are looking for a results-oriented person to perform telemarketing and commercial monitoring tasks, with a focus on attracting new clients and advancing commercial opportunities.
You will be responsible for contacting prospects, following up on submitted proposals and keeping information in the CRM updated.
Responsibilities
Make telemarketing calls to attract clients
Actively monitor commercial proposals
Record and update information in CRM
Manage contact database (BBDD) and propose improvements
Coordinate with the commercial team to advance opportunities
Report activity and results
Requirements
Experience in telemarketing, sales or commercial monitoring
Management of CRM tools (Zoho, Holded or others)
Knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Good communication and organization skills
Proactive, goal-oriented profile
Experience working with business processes/methodologies

Previous experience in remote environments
Ability to optimize databases
