Job Requirements
Intern degree / At least have completed 60% of credits.
Minimum 2 years of experience in positions such as; commercial advisor and intangible products/services.
CRM management (essential).
Knowledge of digital contact tools (mail, WhatsApp, calls).
Competence in the use of digital tools (Google, Office, Outlook, Teams, Zoom, Meet).

Results-oriented profile, with skills in handling objections, friendly, empathetic treatment and excellent active listening, customer service.

Provide personalized advice

Offer educational programs aligned to the professional profile and interests of each prospect.

Manage and update the database in the CRM.

Apply negotiation techniques, objection handling and closing strategies.",
