High-end dental clinic in Spain seeks remote commercial advisor from Colombia. You will work with a database of interested prospects generated by active digital campaigns — your role is to contact, follow up and accompany the patient until the end of the treatment.
Functions: Contact and follow up with prospects interested in high-value aesthetic and rehabilitative dental treatments. Manage consultation agenda with the clinical team. Present proposals clearly and handle objections. Record all management in CRM.
We offer: Base salary $2,200,000 + commissions without ceiling. 100% remote work. Assigned Spanish telephone number. Training in aesthetic dentistry so you can sell with authority.
We are looking for: Demonstrable experience in sales of high-value services or products. Excellent verbal communication and diction. Discipline for autonomous work. Management of CRM or basic digital tools.
Closing commission scheme: $500,000 for ceramic treatment and $150,000 for composite smile design. A month with 3 ceramic closes represents an additional $1,500,000 on top of your base — with no maximum ceiling.",
