Job Description
Objective: Generate the link between factory and franchisee to guarantee compliance with the proposed objectives and the comprehensive transformation of the business towards self-management of excellence. Position responsibilities: Manage a group of franchisees offering personalized monitoring Identify needs and propose solutions Design and execute commercial actions and tools to achieve sales objectives. Detect market trends and provide relevant information for the commercial strategy. Carry out the execution of tools from the areas of the organization. Advise the franchisee on the comprehensive management of the business to make their unit more efficient. Coordinate periodic monitoring and advisory meetings with the franchisee. Participate in team meetings and report progress to the Coordinator. Carry out a diagnosis, strategy, planning and monitoring for each case. Accompany and advise on comprehensive business planning. Keep franchisee information updated in the CRM or management system. Manage and ensure the completion of training for the franchisee based on what was previously diagnosed. Plan and carry out periodic visits to franchises. Achieve a bond of excellence with the franchisee and their teams. Achieve evolution in the franchisee.
