Prestigious Spanish professional cosmetics firm with more than 60 years in the market and positioning in more than 80 countries, is looking for a Senior Cosmetics Commercial Advisor to work in the areas of Barranquilla, Bogotá and Medellín (one person per position).

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Develop and execute commercial strategies that drive sales growth in the assigned area, through prospecting, loyalty and opening of new clients in the aesthetic and wellness sector. Promote the brand's products through demonstrations, negotiations and participation in events, guaranteeing personalized service, compliance with commercial objectives and strengthening the company's competitive positioning.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement sales strategies in the assigned area. Offer product demonstrations, contract negotiation, closing sales and commercial agreements.
- Periodic prospecting visits to the company's existing beauty centers and spas and increase and opening of new clients.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, providing quality service and exclusive attention to detail.
- Prepare sales reports, market analysis and improvement actions for the company's Management.
-Present and promote the brand's products and position them against the competition.
- Participate in company fairs and events to increase brand visibility and generate new business opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS
- Commercial experience in a similar business model
- Experience handling cosmetic products (skin care) or dermocosmetics
- Have your own mobility.
CONDITIONS:
- Indefinite term contract
- Base Salary + commissions
- Mobilization assistance: $400,000
- Provided: Computer and cell phone
- Working hours: 8am to 5pm",
