Job Description

company dedicated to the manufacturing and marketing of industrial fans, requires the commercial area to execute the following functions

\ Manage the acquisition of new clients.
\ Schedule and carry out weekly visits and reschedule those not completed.
\ Keep the CRM fed with visit records, offer tracking and customer contacts.
\ Keep track of your customers' purchases.
\ Prepare sales forecasts based on clients, growth projection and follow-up of offers.
\ Offer and sell all the products that the organization has.
\ Close sales operations at the prices and conditions determined by the company.
\ Visit all clients (active and/or potential) according to the established area or portfolio.
\ Keep customers informed about news and any other type of significant change regarding the development of their requirement or purchase order.
\ Advise clients technically and commercially.
\ Communicate news about prices and commercial conditions to the client.
\ Inform the organization about risks of non-payment or companies in bankruptcy proceedings.
\ Prepare reports when necessary on competitive news.
\ Attend punctually meetings, talks or training courses that are required by the Company.
\ Guarantee traceability, news and modifications with the client.
\ Support the client with product and service demonstrations.
\ Support in the resolution of customer complaints/claims.
\ Participate in the different meetings required by Management.
\ Present reports on the activities of the process according to the company's requirements.
\ Comply with the documented information defined in the process.
