Job Description
Knowledge of the TAT sales model and commercial management in the field.
• Experience in activation and transactional maintenance of points of sale.
• Management of transactional platforms, digital wallets, collections, payments, recharges or banking correspondent.
• Knowledge of transactional financial products and services and their operation in small businesses.
• Ability to identify transactional referral opportunities from nearby strategic entities (banks, public entities, horizontal property, mayor's offices, registry offices, traffic secretaries, public service companies).
• Knowledge in training and support for businesses, with a practical and operational approach.
• Basic-intermediate management of digital tools and mobile applications for commercial management in the field.
• Knowledge of marking, signage and commercial visibility of points of sale (POP material).
• Basic notions of monitoring commercial indicators (activation, transaction, recurrence, productivity).
• Knowledge of the territory, routes and local commercial dynamics.
Guarantee the generation of income through the transactionality of the assigned TAT points, ensuring the effective and recurring use of the platform. Develop proactive commercial management in the field, aimed at closing, activating and transactional support of points, complemented by comprehensive training of businesses and the permanent search for new businesses for their connection. Carry out the marking and visibility of the points through advertising material and promote transactional referral from nearby strategic entities such as banks, public entities, horizontal property, mayor's offices, registry offices and public service companies, in order to increase the recurrence, productivity and sustainability of the channel.",
