Job Description

International company specialized in financial education seeks to add a Commercial Advisor and Trading Trainer to its team.

Base salary: USD 500–600 + sales commissions
Working day from Monday to Friday (10 am - 7 pm).

The position combines two areas: sales and customer support. The selected person will be responsible for advising potential clients interested in trading training and managing the commercial process.

Responsibilities:
Contact and advise potential clients interested in learning about trading and financial markets.
Present the different training programs and guide the client according to their needs.
Manage the commercial process from the first contact to the closing of the sale.
Track potential clients and business opportunities.
Maintain close and professional communication with clients.
Explain concepts related to trading and financial markets in a clear and simple way.
Resolve doubts and provide guidance to clients during their learning.
Maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year experience in sales.
Experience in consultative sales, education, financial services or digital products will be an advantage.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Orientation to results and fulfillment of objectives.
Active listening skills and ability to identify customer needs.
Discipline, organization and commercial monitoring.
Interest or knowledge in trading and financial markets.
Ease of explaining information clearly and simply.
Previous experience as a trader or practical knowledge of financial markets will be valued.
Availability to work remotely and full time.

Important: It is not necessary to be a professional trader. We are looking for a person with commercial experience, genuine interest in financial markets and the ability to learn and transmit knowledge to clients.
