SDR Commercial and Selection Advisor (Sales & Selection)\nJob Objective\nGenerate business opportunities through active prospecting and lead qualification to connect organizations with the right talent.\nMain Responsibilities\nIdentify target companies and contact C-Level profiles and HR Directorates.\nExecute multi-channel prospecting (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email and calls).\nMake cold and tempered calls to detect needs and validate budgets.\nSchedule 1 to 2 daily business meetings with useful contacts.\nRecord activity and prepare weekly reports.\nProvide support in the selection area (CV analysis)\nRequirements\nExperience: 1 to 2 years as an SDR, BDR or outbound B2B salesperson.\nTechnical: Use of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM (preferably Zoho).\nSkills: Experience in making calls and excellent communication.\nAssessments: Previous experience in the Spanish market or in the HR sector.\nSchedule and Benefits\nSchedule: Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm (Spain Time).\nModality: 100% Remote.\nType of Contract: Contractor.\nGrowth: Possibility of professional evolution depending on results.\n\nApply with us!",
