Job Description

Main functions:
Respond to customer queries and requests via chat, email and calls.
Provide technical support and assistance in the reservation, use or return of vehicles.
Manage complaints or incidents, ensuring quick and satisfactory solutions.
Maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
English level C1 (advanced).
Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service or support (desirable).
Availability to work rotating schedules.
