Job Description
Position Objective
Provide comprehensive support to patients in the ABBVIE support program through the timely coordination of their medication applications, ensuring agile, clear and efficient care, as well as compliance with the protocols established by the laboratory and Peruvian Pharmacies.
Main Functions
Answer incoming calls on the exclusive ABBVIE line, providing information and managing patient requests.
Make follow-up calls to remember application dates and ensure continuity of treatment.
Coordinate with the nursing team the daily scheduling of applications.
Record and report adverse events following established guidelines.
Maintain constant communication with internal areas to ensure the correct execution of the program.
Position Requirements
Student or graduate of Administration, Marketing or related careers.
Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service, call center, user support or similar roles.
Use of Microsoft Office at a basic-intermediate level.
Previous experience in service coordination or patient monitoring is desirable (not exclusive).
