Now, we continue to grow and we want to add talent to our operation in Spain.\nWho are we looking for?\nWe are looking for a Customer Service Executive with experience in collections, passionate about helping, with skills to connect with clients, resolve doubts, provide clear advice and generate positive impact on our clients.\nWhat will you do?\n Serve and advise clients on financial products and services.\n Provide clear, timely information with a focus on solutions.\n Follow up, resolve concerns and confirm contributions.\n Manage delinquent portfolio through telephone contact.\nWhat do you need to apply? \n Training: Technician, technologist or professional (in progress, completed or postponed).\n Experience: Minimum 6 months in collections and customer service in the financial sector.\n Skills: Assertive communication, active listening, objection handling, results orientation and teamwork.\n Day: Monday to Friday\n Hours: 2:00 a.m. m. 12:00 p.m. m. or 3:00 a.m. m. 1:00 p.m. m.
