Business Vertex dedicated to the financial sector with management in different AFP portfolios and important banking entities.
Currently, we are looking for collection advisors with experience in BANKS, EARLY/LATE/PUNISHED portfolio.

REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 06 months experience in CALL CENTER in the field of collections for banks (essential).
Office management at a basic/intermediate level.
Have a minimum of 30 megabytes of internet (per user at home) wired, not WIFI.
Applies to Lima and province.

FUNCTIONS:
Call clients with debts.
Provide the current campaign for each client.
Generate payment commitments per day.
Send WhatsApp, SMS or emails with the details of the debt.
