Job Description
We are looking for a Collections Advisor for our intermediate or late portfolio.
If you have strong negotiation skills and are comfortable working remotely, this opportunity is for you.
Main functions
- Management of outgoing calls (collections)
- Negotiation and payment agreements with clients
- Monitoring of assigned portfolio
- Compliance with goals and indicators
Requirements
- Minimum experience of 6 months in call center collections (intermediate or late) or sales
- Good communication, verbal fluency and results orientation
- Availability to work at the indicated hours
- Have the management tools (i5 processor or higher, 8 GB of RAM, stable internet connection /40 Mbps min, Windows 10 operating system, USB Headset and webcam.
- Adequate space for remote work
