At Dental Network, a leading dental health company with a presence in Mexico, Colombia and North America, we are looking for an enthusiastic, commercial and service-oriented Contact Center Advisor to join our team.\nYou will be the first contact with our patients, providing a close and quality experience, resolving concerns and accompanying the scheduling and follow-up process.\nResponsibilities:\n Answering calls and closing business, WhatsApp and social networks\n Scheduling, modifying and confirming appointments\n Information about treatments, promotions and services\n Monitoring of patients and commercial processes\n Management record on internal platforms\n Compliance with service and conversion indicators and goals\nProfile:\n Minimum experience of 6 months in call center, telephone sales and customer service\n Excellent communication and patient orientation\n Compliance with objectives\n Minimum technical training\n Sales experience in contact center\nConditions:\n Contract to provide services Remote work in Colombia\n Base fee: $1,900,000 COP\n Payment subject to compliance with KPIs\n Bonuses for overcompliance\n Full time with rest during the week\n Availability during the week, Sundays and holidays\nInterested parties send updated resume",
