Join and grow with us:\nFull Time Logistics Advisor (Call Center)\nWhat will be your challenge?\nEnsure the logistical operations of Agora Ecommerce, guaranteeing a good flow from order preparation to delivery to the customer.\nHow will you achieve it?\nTracking orders from Agora Shop and Plaza Vea Ecommerce, in order to ensure that orders reach customers within the established times.\nAttend to Interactions with Picking and Delivery personnel managing the operational chain.\nValidate the correct use of the application by the user.\nProvide support to the user in case there are incidents.\nMake management reports based on the request for orders or incidents.\nKeep the procedures used for the operation updated.\nResolution of customer complaints.\nWhat do we need from you?\nMinimum of 6 months of experience in Call Centers and/or logistical dispatch operations clients.\nIntermediate level Excel skills\nAvailability to work 100% remotely, from Monday to Sunday (with 2 days of rotating rest and with rotating schedules).\n\nWhat do we offer you?\nBenefits and Discounts for belonging to the Intercorp Club\nCareer Line Opportunity.\nConstant Training.\nBelonging to one of the best companies to work for in Peru.\n\nAgora Shop encourages and respects gender equity, inclusion and diversity in their talent attraction and growth processes.
