You make calls to prospects who come from marketing and as automatic leads. \n3. You profile the leads that arrive by incoming call or automatic lead and transfer them to the corresponding commercial advisor. \n4. You correct mistyped follow-ups in Siigo and in external forms. \n5. You transfer calls to different areas according to the needs of clients and/or prospects. \n6. You perform all other duties as assigned by the immediate leader and appropriate to the nature of the position.\n\nWhat do we need from you? \n-You are a Certified Bachelor.\n-You have at least 6 months of experience in Customer Service, Call Center and/or Collections\n-You have a basic level of office tools.
