If you are looking for a place where you can grow, learn and achieve your goals, this is your ideal team.\nCurrently due to growth we are looking for PORTABILITY SALES ADVISORS for a renowned company in the TELECOMMUNICATIONS sector and with availability from MONDAY TO FRIDAY who fulfills the following:\n\n Main function: \nContact clients of other operators to convince them to migrate to an important telecommunications company, offering plans and benefits in a persuasive way, handling objections, closing the sale, managing registration in the system and meeting commercial goals with total focus on results and commissions. \n\n Requirements:\nComplete secondary school\nMinimum experience of 3 months in the SALES area through Call Center.\nGood level of communication and negotiation power. (Essential)\nBasic use of computer tools (Office, CRM systems).\n\n Availability - Work Schedule\nI work only from Monday to Friday in a range from 08:00 am to 06:00 pm (48 hours a week) (Important to meet the objectives for rest on Saturday)\nFixed rest on SUNDAYS.\n\n Training: \nAvailability to train 6 days virtually (Theory)\nAvailability to attend IN PRESENTIAL 08 days to the OJT / NESTING (With signed contract + Tickets)\n\n Benefits: \nEntry to full payroll + Legal Benefits\nSigning of contract from the training.
