Your Challenge in the Position
Manage punished portfolios through effective negotiation.

Generate payment commitments and carry out the respective monitoring.

Guarantee the correct registration of procedures in the system.

Exceed monthly portfolio recovery goals.

What profile are we looking for?
Experience: Minimum of 3 months in Call Center collections (Essential).

Skills: High negotiation skills, verbal fluency and orientation to closing agreements.

Location: Residing in Metropolitan Lima with availability to work in San Isidro.

Attitude: Competitive people who seek to maximize their income month after month.

Schedules and Breaks
Schedule: Monday to Saturday.
