We request: CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR

Requirements:
· High school completed onwards
· Experience in Customer Service (6 months of experience)
· Office management
· Knowledge of SAP (desirable)

Responsibilities:
· Respond to telephone and email requests from self-service and wholesale customers.
· Capture of orders and status in SAP system
· Remote work, they are given computer equipment and a headset (internet must be available) with the availability to go to the office when they have electricity/internet problems
· Hours: Weekly rotating M-S 8am 5pm, 10am to 7pm, 1pm to 10pm
