Job Description

At Tips Parcelas we develop and market 5,000 m² plots in the south of Chile. We are looking for salespeople focused on obtaining results for a team that works with a constant flow of clients.

How we work with leads (this differentiates us)

You don't sell cold. You receive leads that have already passed through our website and a qualification questionnaire: we discard several leads before they reach you, so that you invest your time in people who are as qualified as possible.
The more organized and effective you are, the more leads you receive. A methodical executive, who closes and takes care of his CRM, can handle many leads per week without problem. Here, those who produce and work their leads well receive more: we give you everything we can so that you get results.

What will you do

- Contact and follow up on assigned leads.
- Make calls, coordinate and execute field visits, and accompany the client until the purchase and sale is signed.
- Follow call protocols, follow-up, CRM management and visits.
- Keep your management organized in the CRM and report your indicators.

How remuneration works (we tell you clearly from the beginning)

- Fixed monthly income of $450,000 + commission for each plot sold according to the project.
- Additional bonuses for reaching goals.

Trial period: The first 1 to 3 months are a trial period in which we closely follow your process (calls, follow-up, CRM management) and together we define continuity according to your performance and adaptation to the method.

Requirements

- Residing in Puerto Varas or surrounding areas (Tenth Region). The job is remote, but we only consider applicants who live in the area.
- Own mobilization (site visits are carried out with your own vehicle, fuel is refundable).
- Full time availability.
- Sales experience (ideally consultative). Real estate is a plus, not exclusive.
- Order, method, follow-up discipline and comfort with a commission-weighted income model.
- Great desire to learn, sell and motivation.

Modality: Remote and field visits according to assigned projects.
