•\ Type of contract: Indefinite period (with a 2-month trial period).
•\ Working hours: 30 hours per week

Salary

•\ Base salary: Q 2,000
•\ Commissions: Up to 15% on invoiced and collected sales.
•\ Additional bonuses: For meeting quarterly goals

Job Description

Purpose of the position:
You will be AVANSSO's first point of commercial contact. Your main objective will be to actively prospect, qualify leads and close sales of our occupational health and safety services, services that are mandatory for companies in Guatemala. You will work in a high-potential B2B sales model and your success will be fundamental for your growth and that of the company.

Position Requirements

•\ Training: Advanced student (from 4th year) or recent graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Marketing, Economics or related careers.
•\ Experience: Minimum experience of 6 months to 1 year in customer service, sales, prospecting or customer service positions (desirable, not exclusive).
•\ Digital Competencies: Intermediate use of the Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ease of learning to use CRM, communication and social media tools.
•\ Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication (for calls, writing emails and professional messages), self-management, organization and positive attitude.

Essential:

•\ Fixed schedule Monday to Friday in the mornings
•\ Attend face-to-face meetings twice a month on Carretera a El Salvador
•\ Have availability for weekly virtual meetings
•\ Have your own and stable internet
•\  Advanced computer and intermediate use of digital tools
•\  Living in areas surrounding Santa Catarina Pinula, Fraijanes or San José Pinula
•\ Agree to use computer provided by AVANSSO
•\  Be in your final years or have recently graduated from specific careers
•\  Accept 3-month period with staggered goals
