Your challenges
- You identify prospects and/or new business opportunities.
- You carry out commercial monitoring and management.
- You provide truthful and reliable information to prospects and/or clients.
- You guarantee compliance with the defined commercial policies.
What do we need from you?
- You are at least a high school graduate, technician, or student of a professional career (virtual night shift).
- You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound telephone sales of intangible products.
- Accounts with basic office domain (Excel and Word), CRM and Microsoft Teams (Screen sharing).
- You are passionate about knowing and understanding your clients' needs and providing solutions (consultative listening and consultative selling).
- You are ambitious, you don't take no for an answer (negotiation and effective commercial closing).
- You do not rest until you meet and even over meet your assigned commercial budget and thus achieve your personal goals.
- 100% availability during your work day, which depends on the schedules of the country of management.
