You don't do cold prospecting; You focus on understanding the goals of people looking to study, resolving their doubts, overcoming objections and closing their first enrollment with us.\nWhat are we looking for in you? \nExperience: Minimum 2 years in B2C sales, telemarketing, consultative sales or customer acquisition roles (Previous experience in the Ed-Tech sector highly desirable).\nSkills: Highly persuasive communication, active listening, resilience, excellent objection handling and an aggressive (but empathetic) approach towards closing first-contact sales.\nTools at home: You must have a well-performing PC, stable Internet connection (wired) and a headset professional.
