SDR Commercial and Selection Advisor (Sales & Selection)
Position Objective
Generate business opportunities through active prospecting and lead qualification to connect organizations with the right talent.
Main Responsibilities
Identify target companies and contact C-Level profiles and HR Directorates.
Execute multichannel prospecting (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email and calls).
Make cold and warm calls to detect needs and validate budgets.
Schedule 1 to 2 business meetings daily with useful contacts.
Record activity and prepare weekly reports.
Provide support in the selection area (CV analysis)
Requirements
Experience: 1 to 2 years as SDR, BDR or B2B and B2C outbound salesperson
Technical: Management of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM (preferably Zoho).
Skills: Experience in making calls and excellent communication.
Valuable: Previous experience in the Spanish market or in the HR sector.
Hours and Benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm (Spain Time).
Mode: 100% Remote.
Contract Type: Contractor.
