We are Eurofirms, an employer brand Specialist in Talent Management with more than 30 years of experience in the global market, on behalf of our important client, we are looking for a Postgraduate Admission Advisor. \nThe Admission Advisor's main objective is to provide comprehensive guidance to interested parties and applicants during the admission process, accompanying them from the first contact to the closing of registration, guaranteeing consultative, effective attention aligned with institutional guidelines.\nRequirements:\nComplete or ongoing university education, or solid duly verifiable business experience. Preferably in Administration, Marketing, Communications or related careers. \nMinimum experience of 1 year in sales, depending on the unit or company. Desirable experience in: B2C or B2B consultative sales, sale of educational advice, executive training, professional or financial services.\nKnowledge in sales of master's programs, specializations.\nManagement of CRM.\nBe available to work remotely from Monday to Friday 8 hours a week and 4 hours on Saturdays.\nHave a laptop and cell phone. \nFunctions: \nMake proactive contact with prospects (calls, email, WhatsApp, video calls). \nProvide personalized advice on programs, modalities, curricular frameworks, requirements and benefits. \nManage the complete admission cycle: recruitment, monitoring, pre-evaluation and closure. \nRegister and update information in the institutional CRM. \nCoordinate evaluations, interviews and delivery of documents with the academic area. \nParticipate in fairs, informative talks and promotional events. \nTrack up on leads generated by marketing and maintain high conversion rates. \nPrepare weekly progress and results reports. \nEnsure a positive and high-level experience for each applicant.\nBenefits:\nRemuneration in line with the market.\nEurofirms promotes inclusion and job insertion without distinction based on disability, gender, orientation, identity and gender expression.",
