JOB DESCRIPTION
At Novaris we are looking for Remote Sellers for the e-commerce area, aimed at meeting commercial objectives and providing customer service during the night shift.

FUNCTIONS
Attention and closing of sales through digital channels (e-commerce).
Management and monitoring of orders and clients.
Use of WhatsApp, social networks and web platform.
Registration of information in system / CRM.
Compliance with established commercial goals.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 6 months experience in sales.
Experience in e-commerce (desirable).
Knowledge of CRM (desirable, not essential).
Have your own computer.
Stable internet.
Functional headphones with microphone.
Good communication, responsibility and results orientation.
Availability for 2-week in-person training.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Training
In person.
Duration: 2 weeks.
Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Working hours (once training is completed)
Monday to Friday from 5:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.
Rest: One (01) day a week rotating.

Modality
Remote (after in-person training).

BENEFITS
Basic salary: S/ 1,500 (basic 1130 + commissions)
Daily and biweekly commissions.
Entry to REMYPE payroll.
