The Sales Advisor will be responsible for actively managing the commercial process of prospects interested in enrolling as students, with the aim of converting them into enrolled students. You must carry out detailed and timely monitoring of each prospect through the company's CRM, ensuring compliance with the processes and standards established in the sales strategy. Your approach will be results-oriented, constantly working to maximize conversions and maintain an ongoing relationship with potential students until their final enrollment.

The Sales Advisor will be responsible for actively managing the commercial process of prospects interested in enrolling as students, with the aim of converting them into enrolled students. You must carry out detailed and timely monitoring of each prospect through the company's CRM, ensuring compliance with the processes and standards established in the sales strategy. Your approach will be results-oriented, constantly working to maximize conversions and maintain an ongoing relationship with potential students until their final enrollment.

Functions to develop:

Contact and record daily follow-up of all new prospects in the CRM and get them to enroll based on a previously assigned daily goal. (sale).
Provide daily monitoring of the managed database according to the service deadlines and schedules previously agreed upon.
Keep your management up to date, productivity metrics are established and must be met.
Daily connection to inbound service channels such as WhatsApp and Call Center, service and registration in the CRM.
Apply and offer current discounts or promotions.
Receive and register documents from registration prospects and send to the responsible area for processing.
Record all daily procedures in CRM.
Other functions related to the position assigned by your immediate boss.

Conditions:

Workplace: REMOTE, but with training and in-person meetings scheduled at any of the locations.

Schedule: Full time from Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm or from 11am to 8pm and Saturday according to schedule.

Rotating schedule 2 times a year.
