The position consists of contacting Peruvian clients to persuade them and achieve portability of their mobile phone operator, maintaining the same number.
Responsibilities:
Contact clients to manage the portability of their mobile line.
Persuade customers to change operators.
Maintain accurate information on each transaction carried out.
Requirements:
Call center sales experience.
Have a PC or laptop to work from home:
Core i5 processor or higher.
Minimum RAM memory of 8 GB.
Headset with USB.
Wired Internet connection of more than 40 Mbps.
