CONSUBANCO, a financial institution backed by Grupo Chedraui, invites you to join our team as a Commercial Advisor / Sales Representative, focused on offering credit solutions to workers in the government sector.

We are a bank with a national presence (more than 100 branches) and agreements with institutions such as IMSS, SEP, ISSSTE, among others. Our objective is to provide financial support to RETIRED, PENSIONED AND ACTIVE WORKERS in the public sector.

Position functions:

-Follow-up of client portfolio.
-Sale and closing of loans in government institutions.
-Use of our exclusive App to facilitate sales closings.
-Personalized advice with previously interested clients (database provided).

We offer:

- Starting bonus of $3480
- Metric-based bonus
-Monthly income from $25,000 or more (uncapped commissions).
-Commissions from 5% to 14% per credit placed.
-Immediate profits in 24 to 48 hours.
-Growth to “Advisor 3.0” from the sixth month (base salary + legal benefits + commissions and bonuses).

Requirements:

-Desirable experience in financial sales (credits, insurance, AFORES, TDC, etc.).
-Minimum age: 23 years.
Education: Baccalaureate.
Pass psychometric evaluations.
