At Rebaja Tus Cuentas (RTC), we are revolutionizing the way people access mortgage loans in Peru. We are looking for a dynamic, proactive *Mortgage Advisor* with a passion for providing exceptional service, who helps our clients find tailored financial solutions.

* What will you do in this position?

As a Mortgage Advisor, you will be our clients' guide in the process of acquiring mortgage-backed loans. Your goal will be to ensure that each client receives a personalized and effective experience, while contributing to the growth of the company's portfolio.

* Main functions:

1. Generate the greatest amount of mortgage loan disbursements.
2. Facilitate the mortgage loan disbursement process, ensuring customer satisfaction.
3. Prepare and present personalized proposals according to the needs of each user.
4. Assist clients in correctly uploading documents into our CRM.
5. Evaluate and propose financial operations according to the company's risk policies.
6. Maintain constant and updated communication with clients throughout the process.
7. Collaborate with different internal areas to achieve disbursement objectives.
8. Answer queries and provide support through various channels such as telephone, WhatsApp, video calls and email.
9. Continuously track requests and record daily activities in the CRM.
10. Coordinate the signing of contracts and documents related to credit.
11. Provide support in managing collections of one's own portfolio if necessary.

What are we looking for in you?

* Academic Training:

- Administration careers, or in areas related to sales, business, or finance. (not essential)

* Experience required:

- Minimum 2 years in:
- Evaluation of SME, personal or mortgage loans.
- Financial advice.
- Debt consolidation, working capital, construction and/or remodeling.

*Skills and competencies:

- Solid knowledge of financial products and credit approval processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Mastery of CRM systems and customer monitoring.
- Ability to work with goals and results, both autonomously and as a team.
- Excellent monitoring and organization skills.
- Self-employed client acquisition skills
- Availability to make in-person visits if necessary.

* What do we offer you?

- Base salary of S/. 1,150 with monthly payment.
- Unlimited commissions (according to our commission schemes with payment on the 15th of each month).
- SME payroll from day one, which includes:
- 15 days of vacation.
- 1/2 salary bonus (July and December).
- 1/2 CTS salary (May and November).
- Entry to EPS and Life law from the 3rd month.
